- Ratings: Up to 5,000 kVA
- Voltage: HV up to 34.5 kV, 200 kV BIL, and LV up to 15 kV, 95 kV BIL
- Mineral oil or natural ester fluid (including VG-100®)
- Meet or exceed IEEE, NEMA and ANSI standards; C57.12.00, C57.12.34, C57.12.28 and C57.12.29 as applicable
- Mild and stainless steel tanks and cabinets
Tests
All transformers are tested in strict accordance with the latest revision of applicable ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, and RUS with test reports available by transformer serial number.

- Polarity and phase relation
- Resistance
- No-load losses and excitation current
- Load losses and impedance
- Applied voltage
- Induced voltage
- Full wave impulse
- Ratio test
Prolec GE Monterrey
Prolec GE three-phase pad-mounted transformers are manufactured in two of our facilities. One is located in Monterrey, Mexico, where we specialize in distribution and power transformers.
Prolec GE Shreveport
And the other location is in Shreveport, Louisiana, where we also specialize in distribution transformers, but with a wide offering of voltage regulators, pad-mounted and network transformers.
